Beth Strickland

Beth Strickland is an emerging artist whose work focuses on contrasts in shape, line, value, texture, direction and colour to keep the viewer entertained. She works with a variety of mediums including charcoal, pastels, acrylic, wax, gel and oil. She creates layers with a variety of marks, shapes and symbols using a range of mediums and tools. The works exhibited at Pariwhero Gallery reveal her discovery of her own style with Abstract Expressionism.
